During the development process, from concept to prototype, test and production, we work efficient and cost-conscious. The focus is economical and qualitative.

Our core value our work is too quickly identify solutions and to ensure an electronic and mechanical synergy. Prototyping begins with an idea, we develop a concept for you and create drafts. After that we create the draft prototype and finally simulations will be realized until a production-ready product.

Concept phase

During the design phase we take into consideration your requests and suggestions and prepare together a conclusive system concept with the needed system architecture.

The whole development is based on a requirement analysis which analyse and evaluate the functional and none-functionnals parameters.
We consider the mechanicals requirements as well as the upcoming costs from programming and test in the series.

We follow systematically an approach from the Hardware/Software Co-Design and extend this approach to the mechanical aspects. The aim is the optimal combination of electronics, mechanics and computer science for:- – Security
– Sustainability
– Efficiency

The concept phase lays the foundations for a successful and sustainable product. In order to be able to identify and exclude all possible sources of error, all our system developments follow a consistent modularization. In addition, it ensures a high degree of reusability and allows early prototypical step-by-step build-up during the course of the project.

Draft phase

The design documents form the basis for the production of a prototype or a functional model.
This can be done directly in our production or at a service provider of your choice.

For subsequent approval, we examine existing safety requirements and standards, which are found directly in the considered draft.
We place the foundation for an innovative product can be successfully approved after development.

We translate the concepts we have developed directly into plastic 3D forms. For this we use and support all common formats and CAD software such as:

– ProE 4,5 Wildfire
– Catia
– AutoCad
– SolidWorks

This makes the technical and functional connections tangible and creates an idea of the overall system. In order to better visualize functional processes, a technical process simulation is also possible. In parallel, the necessary calculations are performed for strength and durability and materials choices are made.

Our affiliated production allows us to transfer the design documents in no time into a functional prototype. Particular emphasis is set on checking the assemblies used in the interaction, and have a precise impression of shape and handling.

Prototype

The affiliated production supports all CNC-supported and conventional processes of metal and plastics processing such as:

  • Turning
  • Milling
  • EDM
  • Gearing technics
  • Laser welding
  • Bending automatic system

In addition, we use external service providers to provide procedures in the areas of:

  • Stereolithographie 3D Druck,
  • Laser and Plasma cutting,

All methods and procedures we use in the field of prototype production are selected by us with the perspective of later series implementation.
