Test bench for quality assurance

The quality test bench is used to diagnose faulty DriveUnits and to check incoming goods. The data recorded during the inspection is compared with a profile of the test specimen as delivered. With the help of the test bench, it is possible to recognize directly whether the requirements from the specification are fulfilled or not. To ensure better handling, a working height of 90 cm was implemented.

 

Functionality

  • Test setup in vertical direction
  • The test specimen is placed in the test stand in a plate with positive locking (height variable between 80-130cm)
  • The spider adapter is mounted in a positive fit with the coupling of the brake servo on the underside
  • Manual connection of the pedal crank adapter and the electrical supply of the test specimen
  • The test program starts automatically and runs through the specified parameters (step-by-step test sequence possible)
  • The test stand can be adapted to all common drive variants (mid-motor, hub motor) using adapters (black plastic plate underneath the test specimen)

Test motors

  • Different motors can be tested by replacing the mounting plate inside the test stand
  • The voltage of the test motors can be between 20 - 60 volts
  • Adaptation of various CAN protocols is possible

  • Rated continuous power on drive side: 1700 W
  • Max. Torque output side: 250 Nm

Software scope

  • The operating software in automatic mode requires only low qualification requirements for the operating personnel
  • Routines can be used for automatic fault detection (based on the fault history)
  • The operating software can be used in manual / laboratory mode
    (with mapping of dynamic brake loads, real bicycle model, parameterizable)
